These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Flow with Emily, a breathwork and wellness service operating in Perth, Western Australia. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Services

We offer breathwork sessions, workshops, and related wellness services. These may be delivered in-person in Perth or online.

All services are intended for general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Contraindications

By participating in breathwork sessions, you acknowledge:

  • Breathwork can involve physical and emotional release

  • You are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider if you have conditions such as:

    • Cardiovascular issues

    • Respiratory conditions

    • Pregnancy

    • Mental health conditions

You participate voluntarily and assume all risks

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made via phone call or messaging Emily on text or instagram 

  • Payment is required in advance at time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • Prices are listed in AUD 

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price at time of booking will be honoured.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be rescheduled or refunded

  • Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

  • No-shows will not be refunded

Workshops or events may have separate policies, which will be stated at the time of booking.

Code of Conduct

Clients agree to:

  • Respect facilitators and other participants

  • Follow safety instructions during sessions

  • Not attend sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol

We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flow with Emily is not liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including the Privacy Act 1988.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is owned by Flow with Emily and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
